can traktor access track info from the internet for cd drives?

    hi,

    i am wondering if traktor can access track info for cds over the internet. i am using traktor 2.61 and at the moment all i get is 'Audio CD Track 1, Audio CD Track 2......' and time info.

    no - track info from internet is not supported.
    but... i've never seen a dj-booth with internet connection, though! ;)

    point taken!

    i do a lot of house party's though (inc. in my own) and there are quite a lot of wireless networks around, so it would be a nice feature!

    i agree, as far as wlan will become more and more common there will be maybe an implementation of such a thing, but right now there are no plans for that.

    if you are converting your audio cd's you can use tools that support this and then later import the files with the tags to traktor.
