Cannot Activate KOMPLETE 8

    For some reason every time I attempt to Launch any application after installing KOMPLETE 8, I am always asked to Activate even though the full product is already activated in the service center. I have tried deactivating and reactivating in service center but it still does not work. has any one else had this issue? or has anyone got some advice? I have even been looking for a way to completely uninstall KOMPLETE from my MAC and re-install but have not got a clue how to do that either.
    PLEASE HELP
