Cannot Activate Reaktor

    OK Its partly my fault as I have forgotten the password to the account that Reaktor is registered under.

    When I request a new one in service centre it says my serial number is invalid.

    Sent in a support request a coule of days ago but no response yet , not even an email giving me a support ticket number.

    Are the NI guys still on holiday ?
