Cannot detect Traktor S2 MK2

    Hello Support,

    Could you please advise the steps so that my laptop can detect Traktor S2 MK2,

    I am on Windows 7 64 Bit.
    16 GB RAM
    2.50Ghz Processor.

    I have installed and Uninstalled Traktor Pro 2 and also the drivers for Traktor S2 MK2, still my laptop cannot detect S2 Mk2.

    It gives the following message "No Traktor Kontrol S2 Mk2 found".

    Please assist at the earliest.

    You need to install Controller Manager as well, which should have been part of the Traktor installation, but might have been disabled?

    I also assume you have turned the S2 ON using the switch on the back? Also make sure you are using the S2 power adapter just in case there is a USB power issue on your laptop.
