    OK,

I'm trying to register Reaktor 5, the NI web site wont let me!!,

I'm using Safari on OSX it says make shue the JAVA SCRIPT is enabled, Which it is, and that I have to have flash player 6 or later , I have flash player 8, the rest of the NI site works fine for me, Very slow.....but fine, it won't let me start a new account either, I get through the process and click next it I get the page that says Please enable Java Script....and all my info gets deleted.

I tried to call NI, no answer, ever, I emailed them a week ago, and I got no reply, still.

The company will not answer me at all, so I'm looking to the users for help, does anyone know whats going on>

Since yesterday, the whole site is very sluggish. NI has sort of a reputation to respond veeeery slowly at times, though I personally have not experienced that. Try contacting the German headquarter. Safari is known to have issues with the registration process - have you tried Firefox?

The NI site is getting slower and slower.

yes, as tymes2 says, i would suggest you try Firefox. you can import your settings from Safari, so that is handy. the NI website has always had problems with Safari, so it is always good to have a substitute on your
    machine.

    Hi,

There's an option in the registration tool to register from another machine to that which is running your NI application. You could use this method to use another computer running, say, XP and IE 6.

Can't remember exactly how it works but I definateley used
it when I upgraded to R5 from R4 as my machnie is not connected to the internet.
