Cannot sign into the Service Centre??

    Please help! I have not used Tractor Pro for two months now I have downloaded some updates but i can not install them and i cannot sign into the Service Centre? I have changed my password thinking that i had forgotten it but still no luck. I am getting an Error message tell me to try logging on from a local drive? Using Mac laptop.

    From where or how did you download the updates?
    And what exactly is the problem during the update installation (any specific error messages or error codes)?

    Try if downloading and reinstalling Service Center from here fixes this problem:

    Just in case, make sure your password doesn't include any special characters.

    I can log in to Native Instruments account but I cannot log in to the Service Centre anymore. I get an error message saying access denied try logging on from a local drive....I am assuming its the same log in and password?

    Yes, the account is the same.
    Maybe check if you have any anti-virus software or firewall running which might be blocking Service Center.
