Cannot start FM8 ( app / Vsti)

Hello @all

i bought the Upgrade to Komplete 11 which included also FM8.
I installed it throught NI Access.
After installing, i tried to open first he Standalone. It doesnt make anything. I could not open this Instrument.
When i start my Cubase ( 8.5) the start-procedure freeze when the FM8 VstI try to load up.

I reinstall FM8 again and reinstall it. The same! I use Windows 10!
All my other Instruments ( Kontakt , Massive etc. work pefectly)
is there any Solution for this?

very strange. FM8 i have installed on two pc's. on my laptop i have windows 10, no problems at all with FM8 as standalone or vsti.

try to deinstall FM8, completely, with deleting directory's. (and if you dare the register entries..)

or deinstall FM8 first via APPS, in windows 10, before reinstalling. that's the easiest way.

EDIT: there is no deinstall option in native acces (i do not see it) itself, a shame. with arturia you can deinstall, within it's ARC.

the solution i give is the first advice you get when a plugin doesn't work....

I did all these Things- didnt work yet. Even the deleting of the FM8 Entry in the registry didnt work.

I remember there was a kind of application here in the Forum which help you to deninstall a Instrument. It erase the Registry entry i think.

I realised that in the Taskmanager when i start the Standalone of FM8 , the App appears for a while -then it shows as suspended and crashed.
