Cannot Touchstrip to pitch

    Dear Folks, my D2 Touchstrip currently does not react with pitching when i try to.
    With SHIFT pressed, i can navigate through the current track, but that was it.
    I remember i had this before months ago and i was able to solve it, but
    if forgot how and i need help with this issue.
    Does this phenomena sound familar to some of you ?
