If I use Service Center and download updates, any update that is a .ZIP file is incomplete/corrupted.

There doesn't seem to be a way to manually download the updates either - the links simply point back to the main NI page instead of the actual .ZIP file.

So I'm stuck in an endless loop. I've tried Service Center a number of times; delete the corrupted .ZIP and let it re-download only to see that it downloads in 1 second and is the same incomplete file.

I've tried using both Firefox and IE to manually download the updates, but the links are all not working.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

I have the exactly same problem. Must be something global?

    Same problem..
I'm running OSX Lion and I can't update. (corrupted .zip file / can't download from NI website either)
I hope it's just temporary.. Can't wait to use my brand new Maschine.

Oh my God, I thought it was just me.

I got my Traktor Audio 6 for some hours ago, and since then I was trying to download some drivers for it! I got a DVD or a CD with the drivers on which was corrupted or someting, Windows says that its empty, so I cant use my new card yet :\

NI just got a very angry mail from me, but now I know that the problem probably will be solved tomorrow.

    Likan.

If you log into your NI Account then you should be able to see all the downloads available for your products.

Download from there and install them "manually". That's what I do, as my DAW is not Internet-connected.

Darkstar, it sounds like you didn't understand, the 'manual' download links are broken.

Sure doesn't feel like NI gives a crap.
