Can't Buy The Update!

    I own Traktor pro. I can see it in my registration account online with the serial number. It's not a scratch version only the pro version.

    I try to buy traktor pro 2 update for 69€ but i can't.
    I have this message:

    One of the products in your shopping bag is only available to customers who fulfill certain criteria. Please check if all your products are registered to the username you are currently logged in with. Please address any queries to our Sales Support...

    What the **** with me?
    Is someone already had this problem?
    How can i fix it?
    I wrote to the support last friday and no answer for the moment... really boring!

    just go to your account on the N.I. website.
    there, you can activate each of your apps, if not already activated.
    see all your activated products first, and if traktor pro is not there, add it to the list.
    (have your sereal nr ready).
    once traktor pro is listed on your account, you`ll be able to get an upgrade from that.
    makes sense ?

    no i have it in my list, sorry for the mistake Traktor pro is activated in my user profil. I changed the first sentence of my post...

    It's why i post here, all is okay and should work, but i can't buy the update!
    But thx for your help

    I'm having the same issue.....I own Traktor Scratch Pro. It's activated in the Service Center. It's not letting me buy the $79.99 update.

    edit: figured out my problem was that I own I was buying Traktor Pro 2, not Traktor Scratch Pro 2, per the note on the bottom of the page, doh.

    Yeah this is a common mistake. Peeps need to check that they are buying the correct product.

    What does it mean to 'act hollwod' mean?

    Does it mean 'say something inoffensive and friendly' and have somebody else take umbrage for no apparent reason?

    I have no idea what "acting hollywood" means.

    I am stating that since T2 was released there have been many many people attempting to download the wrong product and that people should take care to buy the correct one or it may cost them dearly.

    Its is standard advice. And my tone and response was friendly.

    I strongly suggest that you stay out of threads that do not concern you if all you wish to do is make comments that make no sense or are simply aimed at being clever with the Moderator.

    BTW - I have read your post history and it seems that you are only intent on courting controversy on the N.I. forums so will ask you to read the forum rules and take note that your forum membership is under review.
