cant control track with cd decks - traktor pro, mac os lion

i have 2 cd decks, mac book pro - lion, audio 6 - drivers and firmware updated, but scratch pro won't respond to my cd decks, any suggestions?

also there is no 2 cd deck scratch option in the setup wizard, only 2 cd decks

 

have you choose at down arrow A and B the ''scratch'' mode ? & ''external mode'' and the preferences ?
also check the connections of cables at audio6 and cd players (inputs/outputs) and the routing at the preferences.And how the scopes looks like ?

 

that's it, i don't see "scratch" mode, but I just did a reinstall and looks like i got my service center to self update, will be home in a bit to try it again.

 

Upon installation, did you check "Use Traktor with time code vinyl/CD"?

 

i did not remember seeing that option, is it pretty obvious during installation?

 

Yes you should see that option right after activation. A couple of windows will pop up for setting your traktor on your desired set up.

 

is traktor pro 2 and traktor scratch duo 2 the same type of software. meaning does traktor pro 2 work with the audio 6 in the same fashion as duo 2?

 

iphrasany, i think you got the wrong update... if you dont have the scratch options, make sure that you really got the traktor "scratch" pro upgrade... if not, get in contact with support, they'll help you out.

 

hey thanks guys, i finally got it! got the orig cd to install with scratch duo will upgrade to pro soon, it finally took my serial number!
