Cant download/Can't contact NI tech support

    Hello everyone,
    I bought a machine expansion package (Platinum Bounce) and the download does not work so I tried to get in touch with NI tech support by e-mail but it seems the system is also not working. I go into the online tech support form and select the type of inquiry but when I click on the next button to indicate the product/specification, the mail just auto-sends without allowing the issue to be specified.

    Sure something is wrong but wondering whether anyone else has encountered the same issue with tech support.

    Same issue (or maybe different). I can't log into support....
    and a number of links on NI's site are non functional (e.g. video tutorials)

    Looks like they are having some major technical issues but it would have been nice of them to put the word out on the tech support site.
