Can't download expansion packs

Is anyone else finding it impossible to download the expansion packs?
I just got my iphone and I'm wanting to try out the new raw voltage pack but it just will not download no matter what.

As I write this - 29th August 2012 - everything is working.

make sure you are using the latest version of iMaschine - 1.0.4.

some additional information: if you have problems in the future - such as not seeing the complete list of expansions - go to your iPhone or iPad's Settings and flip the Reset Cache switch in there. that will delete all cached files manually and make sure that the current list of expansions is downloaded from the NI server.

 

Yes I'm having this same problem. I thought it was just the Raw Voltage so I deleted the app from my phone and re-installed. Now I can't download any packs. It confirms purchase, says I already purchased it so do I want to download, I try to download but nothing happens, and it still states the purchase price next to the pack name rather than a check mark. ><

 

Yeah guys, i format my iphone today, and I can not download the expansions pack back,
Can anyone help?

I suspect it may be the 1.04 update.

 

and in haste I followed the troubleshooting steps on Apple's site for in APP purchases and removed iMaschine all together... Now I have zero expension packs showing out of 7 purchased... SMH!

Same problem here... Also deleted and reinstalled The app. Glad to hear this is service related, I was really breaking my head over it. Hope they fix it fast cause Now I have no packs at all

 

Same problem for me. I tried to reinstall, now I have nothing. I miss Vintage Heat! :-( And I was really looking forward to Raw Voltage.

 

having the same issue. I hope NI posts a fix soon. It's extremely unfair to pay for something and NOT be able to use or get it.

Cant download to iPad

I cant download to my Ipad I tried several times and Apple charged me every time even though I did not get the pack. we had to dispute that. NI please fix this issue. I love all your products, and have most of them

 

Same problem , I got an ipod thou , just so that I could use the imaschine , love the hell out of it , use it moe than the maschine its self ,thankful that i have not tried to delete the packs all together .

 

NI are investigating this issue.

Just got my Apple refund for the expansions packs I never received

Just received my credit from iTunes. I really want the new pak , so I hope NI will address the situation soon. Imaschine is my most used app! love it!

I checken my purchase history and i only got charged once for The pack.
Good thing NI is looking into it, it Will be fixed soon

 

I did read all of the posts in the thread and, knowing that NI is looking into the problem, I simply was asking if anybody (Sowari in particular) had received any updates on the situation. I am sorry to have offended you so deeply.
