    I have the problem that I can purchase expansion packs from the store but that non of them (that I bought today) can be downloaded. The Conant Garden pack is not visible/available.

    I'm having the same problem with 1.04. Really frustrating! It is amazing that a major software company has allowed such a major problem to persist for weeks!
    In contrast, a much smaller developer (Intua) has consistently updated their Beatmaker app. and it has a lot more features too.:|

    I can't download any of mine either. And I just had to restore and jailbreak reinstall all my apps. Keeps saying I've paid and asking if I want to download again. Very courteous. I guess I'll just load my own samples from my maschine library or just play the actual maschine. Hard to play maschine while laying in bed. Working on that one. Lol.

    they had cured the problem with the 1.0.4 update but the problem has happened again with the new sound pack release.

    cant even purchase the contant gardens for my maschine at there store $59,00 , it just goes in loops when i try to purchase it . once I finally get passed the shopping cart area and gets my credit card info and starts to process it , it goes back to the shopping cart area again , and it doesnt show that I purchased it . I wondering if this is just happening to apple users .

    NI is slippin! They are clearly not up to par in terms of their software engineering staff. It is a trend with many corporations. Once thy reach a certain size they become purely profit driven and customer service becomes an afterthought. SMDH

    Hahaha. What does it matter anyway? Most of you spend so much time in the forums that you couldn't make a decent track with 1TB of samples.
    If Sowari says NI is looking into then it should be fixed soon.
    Try buying Akai anything and running Win 7 64 then come back and gripe about slipping. NI is awesome.

    They need to do more than "look into it". When customers pay their hard earned cash for a product they should be able to use it and not have to pu up with unneeded delays and other BS. Just because Akai sucks should not be a reason for NI to slack.

    Big Problem

    Having looked through this thread, this does not appear to be a new issue. However, it is new to me since I just tried to buy most of the expansion packs last night. I'm working on a project and I was hoping for some inspiration with some new samples. These appear to be a bargain if they can actually download. Obviously, they can't right now.

    Is there any idea when this will be rectified? I would rather have the expansion packs than a refund. That's why I paid for them in the first place. However, if this is not going to be rectified anytime soon, perhaps I'll have to reconsider.

    I'm sure that I'm not the only one who is frustrated and dissappointed with this issue.

    I am having this issue as well. Just purchased an expansion pack on the iPhone version and get the error "The download failed. Please try again later. The Payment for this product will not process again." That is all well and good but I have been "trying later" for two weeks now.

    This happened to me a month or two back on my last expansion purchase. It somehow started to work again after I synced my iPhone. I still need to try it for this current error but come on guys, this has been a problem for a long time and it is a HUGE problem because everyone is getting charged money for something they aren't getting.

    Exactly! I understand that technical issues occasionally happen with software products and I'm not an impatient person. But for N.I. to not address it for so long is really inexcusable. For those who think that NI can do know wrong, you're entitled to your opinions. That's what forums are for. Do I have other sounds I can use in the time being,of course but as CEL stated I have a problem paying for a product and not being able to use it.We don't tolerate that with physical products why should we tolerate it with non-physical purchases?
