I can't find Native Instruments Battery 3 VST in Sonar 8.5 The .dll file is loaded in Program Files(x86)/Cakewalk/Vstplugins. When Sonar does a VST
scan, Battery 3 shows up, But when I try to add it to a project it's not showing up in my Soft Syntths VST folder. I have tried to open the VST using both 32bit and 64bit versions with no luck.
    :(

First, make sure you have the latest update.

Try inserting Battery3 using the Synth Rack. If it doesn't work that way, you may have an installation issue (and will have to uninstall battery3 first to reinstall).

If you're not using the synth rack to install it, how are you doing it?

Have you by any chance somehow got the plug classified as Audio FX rather than synth? If so, you can change its properties via Plug-in Manager. Another possibility is that you are using a Plug-in Layout that happens not to include Battery. These things can be checked very quickly, so probably worth doing before you uninstall/reinstall.
