Solved Can't find Reaktor PRISM after successful Komplete 12 install

I've installed Komplete 12 Ultimate Collector's Edition and Reaktor is installed but when I look in the Kontakt menu all I see is "Reaktor Blocks" and "Reaktor Factory Library". There is no sign of "Reaktor Prism" as shown in many of the tutorials and training lessons out there.

Native Access says everything is installed and this is the first time I've found something missing from the menu.

How do I install the missing pieces or were they taken away in Komplete 12?

    It is a Reaktor ensemble.
So look in the Reaktor path "Player", please

I did. That's what my screenshot attached to my original post was from. Your image is very different from every tutorial I've seen where it just appears as "Reaktor Prism" immediately below "Reaktor Factory Blocks" I don't see any "Native Instruments" folder.

This is a more complete screenshot attached below.

Native Access is showing you the path where it's installed.

Click first on Prism - a new window opens on the right side. Go to the middle tab

OK. I started with Komplete 10 and then applied 11 and 12 as updates. As a result it seems like my NI stuff is splurged all over the place.

Reaktor has an Installation Path as follows:
    Application location C:/Program Files/Native Instruments/Reaktor 6
    VST32 location C:/Program Files/Native Instruments/VSTPlugins 32 bit
    VST64 location D:/VST Plugins 64Bit

PRISM has a Content Location of D:/Komplete 10 Ultimate Library/Reaktor Prism

I also bought Mysteria which is missing from my DAW browser list of plug-ins. BUT it has a Content Location of D:/Documents/Mysteria which seems to be automatically accessible from Kontakt within the DAW so I guess Kontakt is able to somehow ascertain where any "Content Library" content is but Reaktor isn't??!?

My DAW (Ableton Live) is set up to search the D:/VST Plugins/64bit folder for VSTs (which I guess is why Reaktor and the Framework Libirary show up fine) but I don't know how these "Content folders" tie in with Reaktor or the DAW displaying its libraries.

What do I have to do to add all these "content folders" so the DAW just recognises them? Do I really have to go through every single Native Instruments product, find its location and then add it manually since it seems like they each have their own folder somewhere? I would have expected the installation to just automatically take care of all this for me. Nothing in the Komplete 11 training course on LinkedIn or various tutorials has indicated otherwise

Can you re-install it with another path? I never do that.
I never own a Komplete version.
    What is in this location?

In that location is a folder for every product installed as part of Komplete Ultimate 10.

reinstalling would be a nIghtmare and I don’t see how the outcome would be any different since apart from putting the VSTs on the D drive (C drive is small and nearly full) I just go with the defaults.

the Komplete 10 was installed from a hard drive, but 11 and 12 were uogrades that came from downloads and took forever

Mysteria is a Kontakt library, not a plugin so it will never show as a plugin in your DAW. Kontakt is the plugin and Mysteria is loaded into Kontakt.

Yeah. I got that. But it’s confusing that Kontakt content libraries just appear automatically in Kontakt, but the Reaktor Ones (or at least PRISM) don’t automatically appear in Reaktor (at least not for me)

Do you locate Prism on your hdd? If yes copy it in the Reaktor folder where the Reaktor Factory Library and Rounds is.
If you don't know where they are located take a look in Native Access' path. Then it can show in Reaktor, IMO.

I copied the whole Reaktor Prism library so that it was under the Komplete 10 Reaktor 6 folder, as a subfolder of Libraries along with "Core" and "Prime". Nothing's changed. Reaktor still can't "see" PRISM. Think I'm going to raise an issue with Support.

In which path is your Rounds? This is the destination for your Prism copy.
If nothing works paste Prism ens in reaktor or do it like me:
Hit on Files and load it from different path. I work with copies only.

After a lot of to and from with Native Instruments support, this is now fixed.

    The solution was to
    (a) reinstall PRISM, which then installed the library in the root of my Documents folder (on my D drive) NOT the Native Instruments subfolder it apparently should have done
    (b) Move the PRISM folder from the Documents folder to the Documents/Native Instruments folder
    (c) Start up Reaktor 6 in standalone mode - the PRISM library shows and can be loaded. Hoorah!

I have no idea why this library, alone out of everything else installed with Komplete, didn't work and decided to just leave a copy in a folder suspiciously called "Komplete Kontrol 10 Ultimate Edition" in the root of my D drive. Nor do I understand why the reinstall decided to put it in D:/Documents instead of D:/Documents/Native Instruments but I'm glad that it's now finally working after reinstall and some manual moves.
