Can't find the Tonewheels files

    Hello everybody,
    I installed Cubase 6.
    The keyboards got installed properly, except the B4. The error report shows up: 'can't find the tonewheel files-please reïnstall the product.' But I reïnstalled the entire lot several times. . When I run a cubase project with a B4 track in it, the whole thing crashes when the B4 is supposed to play.
    What can I do? The error report shows up in cubase, and in the stand alone setting.

    Finally able to install B 4 II on Cubase 6.
    Simply if I installed the version 1.02 then the hereabove mentioned problems arose.
    So I stick to the version 1.00, everything is OK
    So I dropped the idea to install B4.
