    Hi,

I fired up my S61 MKII for the first time in a few months and it doesn’t want to work. It powers on and the sits at the "Komplete Kontrol" on screen 1 and "smart keyboard controller" on the second. I reinstalled the driver but it didn't seem to make a difference. I also tried a different USB port (initially it was plugged into a powered hub).

There should be a KK S in this list (studio one midi controller set up) and there isn;t

Here is a screen shot of what my device manager looks like:

In my midi setup for either Studio one or a stand alone V collection synth, there is an entry for "Komplete Kontrol DAW - 1" which, if I select it it will send midi signal of A# 5, B 5, A 5, and D 5 when I push the play, stop and rec, loop buttons respectively.

    help!

appears the drivers are not properly installed....turn off (or unplug the KB, reinstall Komplete Kontrol and then turn on/Plug in the KB to see if it gets properly recognized.

Try to uninstall the drivers by right click on the devices with the exclamation mark, select "uninstall device", then when asked select "uninstall/delete drivers". But before disconnect the keyboard, set show offline devices in device manager, and plug it in after you re installed the drivers!!

Thanks guys - I think you were right. I wasn;t able to try your suggestions, but I had done the uninstall, etc. but didn’t have any luck. Surprisingly, I ended up using a driver utility that I had bought on a Steam deal years ago and it found the issue and fixed it!

    I couldn’t believe it!
