Solved Can't Get Twenty Five

    It's been a couple of days since I got to the web page showing Twenty Five is Waiting in Native Access, but I still don't see Twenty Five anywhere in Native Access (definitely not in the Not Installed section).

    Have you checked the website under the "my products" page? Maybe it shows under not activated products on top of the list and you have to enter the serial in native access.

    Something must have gone wrong because it was not in your account at all. I added it now so it should show up in your NA.

    I am having the exact same issue. I have been trying to add Twenty Five to my account for a few days now; and it won't show up in the Native Access app or under My Products... I keep getting the 'Twenty Five is Waiting!' screen on your website; but it never shows up in the 'Not Installed' section of the app everything else I have added, downloaded and purchased shows up but not Twenty Five...

    Same issue for me. I cant can't get Twenty Five to show up in Native Access after getting the "Twenty Five is Waiting" screen multiple times. This was before January 4th. It said it could take up to 24 hours but its well past that now. Didnt have this problem with any of the other freeware.

    I got it just yesterday but it does not show up at all on my orders or native access app so I am having the same issue as well
