Can't install Traktor 2.7 on Yosemite

    Just received my S8 today, I downloaded Traktor 2.7 and every time I try to install it comes up with the error message

    The installer is damaged

    The installer can't open the package. There may be a problem with the file ownership permissions.

    This file opens up fine on my other machine which has Mavericks on it. The frustrating this is that I only upgraded it to Yosemite as 2.67 wasn't working correctly....

    Elsewhere on the forum I have tried the HAL folder in audio workaround but that never worked....

    Anyone have any ideas???

    Talk about being frustrated!

    Took me a while to find a solution, but if anyone else has this issue, it is worth trying to repair disc permissions which can be found in disc utilities.
