Can't load presets

I just bought NI Komplete 2 and it comes with a load of presets but I can't load them from Spektral Delay. If I double-click on them they launch Spektral Delay but not the preset. In fact this is true of almost all the instruments in the Komplete 2 pack except Battery.

Is this a known problem? Any workarounds?

I also bought Komplete 2 and have the same problem with Spektral Delay-no presets.
Also B4 crashes when I try to launch it. I hope there is a solution out there.

P.S. I don't have the same problem as you with my other instruments in the Komplete package. everything works fine except B4 and Spektral Delay.

 

Same problem here with loading Spektral Delay presets.
Regarding B4 - the first time you open it you must have NI Komplete disk 2 in the drive. Did you try that?

 

Yes, I did that. I followed the install instructions perfectly.
With regard to the presets in Spektral delay, that problem is solved. When you launch it for the first time it tells you it can't find a file. So you have to browse for it in the Spektral Delay Folder. The file is:
def.sdb
