Can't Locate Any of my Software

    I recently saw a new update for Maschine, so I went into Native Access and saw there were a few updates for several of my Komplete Ultimate products as well. I tried updating all of them and received errors for all that Native Access couldn't locate any of my programs. I haven't touched any of them and I checked my applications folder to see they're all still there and fine. I tried using Service Center and it seemed to update just fine, but then when I went into Maschine, Kontakt was empty, Guitar Rig was empty, and Reaktor froze so hard I had for force restart my computer. What the hell happened? All of my software is in the same folder it was in when I installed it. Why can't anything be located anymore? I literally changed nothing.

    Running Native Access 1.2.0 on a 2008 Macbook Pro running OS 10.11.6

    Tried this again. I ran Native Access and it has 4 updates for me. All fail and give me the error "The application installation could not be found" even though I can see the installer download to my desktop. I ran Maschine 2.6.5 and all of my libraries can't be found and I had to renavigate to each one even though they're exactly where the path was looking for them. I still can't get Native Access to run the latest Maschine update. Any clues? Aren't there moderators on here?

    Was updating via Native Access working before?
    In any case, recheck the file location paths in the Preferences: https://support.native-instruments....Change-the-Install-Locations-in-Native-Access

    If the paths are OK, it looks like this problem: https://support.native-instruments....-Error-Message-Installation-folder-not-found-

    Check if the update is available in the download area (after you login) and try to install it manually: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/update-manager/

    Updating had previously gone smooth, yes.
    I checked the file locations and they're where they should be

    I went through and uninstalled/reinstalled all of the programs that weren't responding. That seems to have worked, although now when I open Reaktor, it won't respond to me trying to drag a plug-in in. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling Reaktor 5 twice now and I get the same situation.

    Guess I should take it to the Reaktor forum now...
