Can't pre-cue with vestax vci100mk2. PLease Help!

I recently purchased the vestax vci100mk2. It came with traktor LE, I installed, all controls work properly on the midi controller but for whatever reason i can't figure out how to pre-cue tracks properly. I followed all the directions as to how to set up the audio output and input, but i can't figure out what's wrong. I can only hear the song playing on the main channel through my headphones, not the song I'm trying to mix into. Obviously this is backwards.
Right now I am playing through an PA and studio speakers, with the PA running into the master out of the vestax controller. The songs come through fine as they should in the speakers...

Can anyone help with with this dilemma? Possibly I still have something with the audio setup in traktor incorrectly? I know this controller just came out recently, but does anyone have any ideas?
