Can't register serial number

    Hi all,
    About half a year ago I bought a second-hand Reloop Digital Jockey Interface Edition. Sadly I never used it since, but this week I decided that I was gonna start with it. I also got a CD with it with the setup for Traktor LE. Now here is my problem: I installed everything, and now I want to register my Traktor, but (I think) the person who I bought it from already used it and registrated the serial number. Is there a way I can still register my Traktor?
    And another question: Is there a possibility to upgrade Traktor Le to Traktor Pro with discount?
