Can't see a 3rd party sample in Maschine 2.3

Hi, my disclaimer 1st...... I'm new to the NI world & just beginning, but do have plenty of computer/software experience. That said -

Yesterday I found a free piano sample that I wanted to use in Maschine 2.3. After installing it in a user folder that I created & ensuring that particular folder was included under the Libraries and or Plug-ins configuration, I then re-scanned both several X's in search of the new Piano I just installed, but it still doesn't show up when I go to select it in order to use it.

Is this a common occurrence or is there something obvious that I'm missing?
