Can't Unzip Scarbee Jay Bass (OSX)

    I just purchased the download version of Scarbee Jay Bass but I can't unzip the downloaded file. I keep getting an Error 1 message each time I try. I downloaded BetterZip but was then asked for a password when I tried to unzip it. Can anyone help me out here? I'm on OSX 10.5.8.

    Probably a corrupt download. Try downloading again, and try using a download manager as suggested in your e-mailed receipt.

    I had problems downloading the bigger libraries too (Jay-Bass, MM etc) both for PC and Mac. For example, I found the downloads used to stop at about 2.05G for the JB on about 4 different machines, then after 7/8 download attempts at last it worked.

    Persistence is probably the key here :)

    yup there must be downloading problem and also you were trying to open in diff format check the format specification
