Can't update Komplete Kontrol

My problem is I can't update the software that works with the Komplete Kontrol keys the service center fails with Software Firmware and Drivers. I was able to install the latest Driver and Firmware not using the service center. When I run the software program it will start to install and go through a few steps then I get these prompts. View Attachments. Before I start uninstalling I would like to get some input on what could be the issue? Where would I get and what version of the software would I use if I was to uninstall and re-install?

Uninstall everything first, otherwise conflict issue that you are having will continue.
Go to https://www.native-instruments.com/...eyboards/komplete-kontrol-s-series/downloads/

Which will install the latest drivers for you.

Thanks for the reply I got a email from support giving me the folders that needed to delete to fix Komplete Kontrol. I was really shaky doing it but I did and the software installed and everything worked out fine. My other problems with updating other NI instruments also got fixed. I re-installed all the instruments excluding the libraries and that worked! The black cloud moved on, and it was nice to have everything running right. I think this all happened after I cloned a HD and then did a registry clean up and I believe that the RC deleted my NI registry keys. Live and learn!
