Cant update traktor scratch pro - doesnt show up on NI website

    I purchased Audio 6 with scratch pro a couple months ago from guitar center. I didnt notice before I walked out the store, but the box was open. Long story short it was already registered and the guys are guitar center had to call support to get the registration code to work again.

    Today I went to upgrade from 2.6.1 to 2.6.3 so I can get ready for the x1 mk2. In service center it shows scratch two registered with no problems. However when I go to the update website it doesnt show scratch 2. I am logged in with the same account on both the website and the service center.

    Any ideas why it wouldnt show up on the website which basically prevents me from updating my software?

    Have you tried updating through Service Center?

    The updates don't show in the service center. The only place it shows in the service center is on the overview. It says Traktor Scratch Pro 2 - activated.
