Ok i get how to capture a loop from a deck.
But how to you capture from the opposite deck ?
using the cell capture modifier loads Deck A to remix C and Deck B to remix D.
How do i get Deck B to load to remix C?

    Bump!

Its it possible to use "cell capture modifier" to capture a loop from deck B and place it in a cell within remix deck C ?

in theory, yes. but think about if you would want to do that for every cell, how many more buttons more you would have to use. it would definitely make playing harder and it's more likely you move the loop to the wrong deck accidentally IMHO.

I am creating a 3 track deck 1 remix deck. (decks ABD are track decks, C is a remix deck)
where deck A and B are your primary DJ decks and C and D are secondary, a place you can bounce your tracks to.

I am using livid's ohm 64 and i already have every cell mapped including the four pages. The cell capture modifier is essentially a shift button, that while holding it down and pressing a cell it loads it to the deck so i shouldn't have to map each cell again. I can easily bounce from track deck A to remix deck C. But I cant figure out a way to bounce from track deck B to remix C.

This is pretty much the last piece of the puzzle to complete my mapping. after I figure this out i will share it.

Use the Capture Source Selector with a Hold Value and then set the Set to Value field to the desired deck.

So in the attached screenshot, I've configured a button of my F1 to Select Deck B as the input for Remix Deck C when this then defaults back to the Deck A capture source.

    Is this what you meant?

ok, then it sounds reasonable, i had my setup similar.
tmmcoy's method is very elegant - in my mapping i had all commands changed to deck c. but ok, that was before the F1 was out.
