Cavern Floor Not Showing up In Native Access

Yesterday I installed the the update to K13UCE from K10U. I had ordered the hard drive and had that connected. For some reason Cavern Floors was giving an error and I couldn't install it from the drive. When I unplug the drive Cavern Floors doesn't even show up in my Native Access. I looked on NI's website, and as of today, Cavern Floors is listed as being part of K13UCE. What gives? How do I fix this, and has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

Mac OS 10.14.6 Mac Pro 2010

 

I have K13UCE and can have Cavern Floor available, so the best thing to do is get in touch with Registration Support to see why it was not included on the Drive (or in NA)
