Sometimes when i drag a track to the left side into the box and click the middle CD icon and start my table, it instead goes into CD Browsing mode and depending on which direction the platter is spinning it will go either up or down in my list of tracks highlighting each one as it goes. I cant seem to switch it off CD browsing mode and it renders Traktor useless until i reboot.

    Any idea's?

that only happens when the CDJ is playing track 3, so start from track 1 or 2

How does it get to track 3 though? Am i doing something to make it go to that track?

that's something you'd have to look at your CD player to find out, but default it should just play from track 1

When i start a track and make sure the CD player is at track 1, it plays track 1 for like a few seconds and then jumps to track 2. Track 2 shows a countdown on my turntables of like 30 mins and once 30 mins is up, it will jump to track 3 which will begin Browsing mode.

that's normal behaviour, track 1 is the "Lead In" track designed to start playback from the start of the song, even in relative mode.

my advice would be to hit cue after each track has finished playing, to get back to the start of the disc
