    Hi

I have had Traktor Scratch/Pro for a while now and have had no luck getting the time code cd's to work properly with my cdj-100's at home.

I realize that these cd players are by no means the top of the range however I can't justify spending thousands of dollars on cdj-1000's or 2000's as all the clubs that I play at have these so it is not really an issue.

I would like to be able to use my cdj-100 players at home but continually have to use my old technics turntables in order to mix.

I have downloaded the latest time code 'upgrade' but this still does not want to work with the 100's. Has anyone else had any luck getting the time code disc's to work on cdj-100's? Any thoughts?

    Roger.

so it's not working, but how have you got it all setup?

can you please, in detail, explain how your equipment is setup and calibrated?

I have it set up using the audio 8 which connect to my mixer and the two cdj-100 players. Not sure what you mean by how I have it calibrated but in the past I was using just traktor scratch and the cd's calibrate when you load a track and you are then able to play using the control disc's.

My main issue is that the cd's skip and stutter a few seconds after you hit the play button once you have cued the trak. They don't seem to skip once the track has been playing for a while, mainly at the beginning. This makes it frustrating to mix as you cue the track and beat match it but then have to get on the jog wheel to catch the track up each time you press play!

Is your Master Tempo enabled on the cdj? If so, try turning it off.
