CDJ 2000 + Advanced HID

AFAIK the Advanced HID API provided by Pioneer doesn't support writing the moving waveform.

 

Is this official or only a rumour?
In this case we (nexus owners) would know 100% that this feature is not available for traktor users because of pioneers api restrictions.

 

Does the Nexus waveform work on any software other than Rekordbox then?

 

Hi,

no it's not implemented in the firmware and also due to bandwith problems not as easy as it might seem to get working.

Any updates about implementing the missing Advanced HID features?
- Start/stop sensitivity (Vinyl speed) control.
- Reverse/Forward switch.

No new updates so far i know but to be honest..
I am very happy that exact these features have NOT been mapped and that i may use the this switch and knob for other custom mappings )

Looks like Cross does not have the full waveform view either, so I don't see what your point is.
