I have traktor pro 2 and am looking into getting some cheaper CDJs. I don't want to pay to upgrade to traktor scratch, so am I right in assuming that I would have to have these CDJs set up via MIDI?

My mixer, DNX600, has DVS function, but I am told because that mixer is not traktor certified that I can't use the DVS function on a mac, but perhaps that is for traktor scratch anyways?

Basically i'm looking for cheaper, learner CDJs that can be controlled via midi for traktor. I've read that lots of CDJs have issues, so I figured i'd ask.

The Numark NDX800 look like the most promising for the price, plus they control via MIDI it seems, which would work for my setup. Someone is also selling them on craigslist for $200 in my area, so that seems legit.

    Can someone advise?

    Thank you.
