CD's that make you go &$%§

So i bought a CD

and like with all CD's, i want to import it with Audio Exact Copy into FLAC files for DJing with Traktor.
I imported all my CDs like this, 4800 Songs most worked.
But this one just doesnt show up, the system thinks there is no CD inserted. Its a used CD but looks totally clean.
In my anger i was looking for a way to download it "illegaly" so that i have the flac files. It's kind of not illegal since i own the cd right?
So my question, is it really the copywrite protection?
Any ideas how to solve this problem would be appreciated.

edit: an old cd-player has no problems playing it...
