    Hi Guy's,

One question, i am changing my setup to 2 d2's and a A&h DB4 instead of the S8 i use now.

On the s8 its easy to assign a channel to fx1 or 2 etc etc , just tap the orange button under the gain, as i am missing this button on the d2 my question is, can i assign a channel to fx1 (or 2,3,4) from the D2 ? i also use the f1, so that's an option to ...

    thanks in advance

There are letter buttons to click what channel it affects. Hope this helps.

With a D2 you either control FX unit 1 or FX unit 2. You can the apply that FX unit to any of the decks by using the 4 buttons, A to D, located top right of the unit.

Rob could you possibly program the up down faders as midi control for the faders found internally in Traktor? Not sure how that would affect your db4 overall usage though. And that is assuming your mixer is midi capable.

That could do the trick, let the db4 faders also control the internal faders of traktor .. but if traktor is set to use the external mixer the faders, normally next to the eq and filter stuff in the GUI are gone ? The db4 is midi capable:)

more issues rising though...append to prep list is not working, the little button at the right next to the D2 screen, normally i would shift through new music using the browser encoder and the prelisting function adding the song a like with the append to prep list button....mmmmm every thing is a bit messed up after starting using the D2...
