    WOOHOO! I just had to share this somewhere with people who would understand :D


    I just got my Maschine tonight - Guitar Center had just one unit in stock (it arrived today) and I nabbed it at a great price. Today is the beginning of a 6 day vacation at home, the first time I've gotten away in six months -- and this is my vacation present! Everything is now installed, and I'm just registering. Ever since I watched the video tutorials, I've been extremely excited to own this nice piece of hardware and software.

    This is a really, really nice unit. It looks good, the knobs are solid and the pads are sensitive to touch. This Maschine is a great compliment to my Axiom, Mackie Speakers, ProTools and Reason setup at home :)
