Classic NI Massive (Komplete 11) unable to activate/work due to lack of Service Center

    Hi, I purchased Komplete 11 and although Native Access seems to work for most other plugins, it does not appear in Native Access's list, nor does it activate. Here's what happens when I try to load in my DAW. Service Center doesnt exist anymore, how are customers who purchased this product, use their product if the means to activate said product was removed? If I could have someone help me solve this issue I'd appreciate it

    As always, telling your setup could help us guessing the issue... With no further details, I can only guess that the Massive instance opened might be an old one, as any recent version asking for discontinued Service Center seems unlikely. May be you have previous old versions installed, demo may be ?

    Just guessing though with so little details.

    You need native access, service center is offline - but I don't really understand that massive is not shown to you in native access, it is definitely part of komplete 11. Do you had that account already? And owned massive before maybe? Go into your online account and look what's under "my products". You definitely have to uninstal it via apps and programs in windows and install via native access.

    It's version 1.5.1. It came with Komplete 11 as mentioned. What would benefit you in guessing what the issue is? it's windows 10, as you can see, hardware shouldn't affect a software issue but if you need to know something specific i can let you know

    It doesnt appear in native access so I can't just uninstall+reinstall it.

    I have native access yes. It appeared and worked fine before. This is my first NI product, Komplete 11 shows there. It doesnt appear in native access to reinstall.
    I understand that, it was working fine prior.

    And if you go online and look for unregistered products on top of the list of you products. Then maybe copy the serial and insert it into native access.

    You have "Installed products" section of Native Access selected, you are not focused on "Not installed" section on the left side.

    I said "nothing appears under not installed" because I checked there first and nothing is there, under "not installed". I said "massive doesn't appear under updates" because I have other un-updated things but Massive is not one of them. do you guys actually get people like that here, who can post forum topics for help but don't know how to click tabs in an app? I'm sorry if that comes across aggressive, I'm just more shocked/surprised/amused than anything.

    I was hoping to see if anyone else had owned massive prior, when it was 1.5.1, before service center disappeared. Actually I was hoping native instruments themselves browsed this and had people who would know what's actually going on.

    The latest version of massive is 1.5.8 but you can't install or download that without it appearing in native access, which it doesn't for me. I've checked all 3 tabs, as anyone would.

    I know emotions are hard to communicate through text but I assure I'm not angry, just amused and a bit flustered
