Classic Piano install workaround doesn't work

    After re-installing everything on a new computer with Komplete Ultimate 12, the Classic pianos including Berlin Concert Grand, New York Concert Grand, Upright Piano, and Vienna Concert Grand as missing in Native Access. NI says these libraries were created before Native Access was created so provided a "workaround":

    I followed the instructions under the heading

    "If you are using macOS 10.13 (or higher), please follow the steps of this workaround"

    I am running MacOS Big Sur 11.6.

    These libraries exist on an external drive, and adding the indicated plist entires did not get these pianos to come up in Native Access. Anyone know how to get these instruments back?
