    Hey!
I have had Cloud Supply for a few weeks now.
Usually when you have a loop with a preset going, after about 15min the sounds disappears to a very low and almost not audible signal.

I have noticed this behaviour is also present sometimes when using Komplete in Logic.

However I have no automation going it just starts acting like that.

Problem dissappear if you just save the project you are working on and restart Maschine/Logic with same presets you were using.

Is this a problem that maybe a reinstall will fix or is it a common bug?

    Cheers

Was this ever resolved because I just bought Komplete 13 and this was one of the kits I was really looking forward to building in. Highly disappointed thusfar.

Cloud Supply has gotta be one of the buggiest NI plugins I've ever used (second only to Session Strings and it's annoying hung MIDI notes).

If the sequence isn't randomly petering out then a similar thing happens with the standalone note. It'll get halfway through the MIDI notes then just simply give up.

Also, massive lol at the Native Instruments reply from Jeremy above implying like it's some kind of one-off issue and to get in touch. Mate, we're all experiencing this issue. And why would we get in touch when it's your issue? Is this thread already not "getting in touch"? God the customer service at NI is a joke. How are you guys STILL selling broken software?

moyno85 - Quite a few thing to say about your first message on this forum

I would suggest you urgently head over to our forum rules: https://www.native-instruments.com/forum/help/rules
You will notice that this board is NOT a support channel and so if you want to discuss issues/bugs with our team, you need to contact our customer support directly. Just like Jeremy suggested ;)
As you can see here, it would be 5 users in the course of 8 months. That is hardly everyone considering this instruments is used daily by thousands of users. Looking in our system, I can also tell you that we've received only a handful of reports about Cloud Supply and they were all solved by going over how the instrument was set-up (mod-wheel, cut-off ...)

Our support team is properly equipped to identify and report bugs. We can only do this via email after looking more closely at your set-up. We haven't been able to identify one yet for Cloud Supply.

No it's not - this is a user community and not customer support.

We would really like if you could also be a little bit more respectful when you interact here, it would really go a long way. Unfortunately, if your first post is a glimpse of what to expect in the way you interact with others, it might be a difficult fit.
