Amazing work trevor. Serious work in this!
A quick question. I'm trying to midi map many parameters. I'm using a number of midi controllers working on different channels so i set the Ensemble to receive on all channels - Omni. However after I I map a parameter to a control, the Channel column in the MIDI settings shows just an asterisk instead of the channel number(as per the attached picture). Reaktor then appears to read just the CC of all incoming midi information and no the channel, resulting in an overlap between controllers. Im I making a stupid mistake in this? Many thanks for any workarounds

These question it's a common one. Is nobody reading the manuals comming with Reaktor?
In Davids report some steps up is an image shown you how it looks where you can load in snapshots.

    Like I said.. NOOB question..
I am sorry but I cannot determine from that small picture in the post. I probably could if I had as much experience as most of you, but I don't. Not to worry. I will read the manual and figure it out myself and think twice about seeking help here in the future.

That'd be a shame; it may be occasionally rocky around here, but this forum is an amazingly deep and active resource—don't hesitate, but do pre-search:)

Not sure I get the question. Do you mean how are snapshots managed, saved and recalled, or how the overall file structure works, or…?

Great ensemble but like too many in the UL I wish ensemble creators would give some thought to automation. Most params are un assignable and almost all are poorly named making it hard even with ID compression to make sense of them. Look at Blinksonic ensembles, they seem to have the right idea about how to create well structured and usable automation mappings (and thus also making them NKS compatible).

Hi, the synth is awesome! very different sound to classic substractive instruments. Can I download some more snapshots from some place?

I love how this ensemble captures Buchla's philosophy of experimental electronic composition. This is very much fun and has a very organic sound !

I totally agree with this. Used Cloudlab on a couple songs and love it, but I get bogged down trying to control it!
