Collapse stereo samples to mono & phase adjust (not just 180°)

Like it says in the title... two separate requests really

    1. I find a lot of sample makers unfortunately make stereo samples, which can cause a few different problems. I'd like to be able to convert a sample to mono, non-destructively, and before setting sample start and end points or loop positions (all easier to achieve with non-clicking results if in mono). Choosing left or right channel or combining the two should be options available.

    2. Having a 180° phase invert is nice, but to be able to vary the phase by degrees can be a very creative and useful feature.

I'm sure it's been mentioned a thousand times, but the envelope needs to overlay the sample as it did in previous versions. This is a no-brainer.
