After changing some tags in the browser and reopening the collection, the message appears: your collection is invalid and could not be read. It had been renamed ...

I've made several attempts - each one crashes the collection

I seem to have the same problem. My collection was empty today after it started. The last thing I did was create a new playlist and tag new tracks.

Could you please share the version of Traktor you are using? Were any of your playlists affected?

It can sometimes depend which version of Traktor you upgraded from.

For instance, the first time I installed the latest beta, I had a similar issue. I keep my root directory on my D drive shared across two laptops. The latest beta was having a weird time moving my collection from 3.4.2 to 3.5.2, all because I had an older collection (that was empty) from a previous beta (3.5.0) inside my root directory folder, but on my C drive.
I'm guessing 3.5.2 took the collection from 3.5.0 on my C drive, rather than 3.4.2 on my D drive.
When I opened 3.5.2 the first time, my collection (and playlists) was empty.

It's best to delete (or back up) any root directory collections ahead of the version you currently use, before installing the latest beta.

    Same here. Traktor 3.5.2 285

I shut down the Computer (Mac) and when reopened Traktor, It asked me if i want to re-direct my rooting as i my hard drive was not connected yet. i clicked NO. ALL Playlists deleted. ALL tracks need to be analyzed again.
