Collection Invalid

    Hey guys, since yesterday I have to deal with this problem. Every time I open Traktor Scratch Pro, my collection can't be found or is invalid.
    It all started when I tried to load a track that was in my collection, but I did not have the actual file on my hard drive anymore. That was when all the problems started. Until that event, I did not have a single problem with my collection at all.

    I already completely removed every single NI product from my mac, following the instructions how to properly remove it, provided on the website. Then I reinstalled TSP, but that did not help. It is still struggling with the collection on startup.

    Fortunately I have till saturday to fix this problem. Any ideas?

    thanks for the link! I did not backup any files, I don't need them. I just want to get a new collection running as it's supposed to be. But every time I start TSP, the "old" collection I imported 1min ago is already corrupted or something. So unfortunately your link won't help me I guess.

    The collection is automatically backed up. Read the link, the answer you need is in there.

    Re-import your collection as the link says

    Then save your collection (top of the list above).
    Next time you open Traktor it will use the new collection.
    If you try this and it still does not, let us know.

    nah, it isn't working. the backup collection which I imported was always empty.

    Try one of the older versions of your backup collection files, they can't all be corrupt surely????? :confused:

    If they are all corrupted, then it's a problem I can't help with I'm afraid :(
