How do I transfer files to external hard drive?# depends on your external hdd. If u buy an external hdd with usb connection, than u have to connect your hdd to a free usb-port on your computer. after that you should be able to drag&drop files to your external storage. depending on the operating system the way to do this is always a little different. after that, when u try to load the files from your external hdd you should recognize that files will be loaded slower than if stored on the internal hdd. If you can, change your internal hdd by a newer bigger one, maybe with 1 or 2 TB of disk space. Depending on your laptop manufacturer this can be easy or tricky or even impossible to do.
