    Just raise a support ticket.
I had the same with Raw Voltage and whilst it took 5 days to get my evoucher added to the product, they did sort it out.

Eh, I just bought it--it's okay. If you don't have many sounds outside of the stock Maschine sounds--you may enjoy it. If you have been producing for a while and have sounds, it's really just more of the same with very few new things.

I do like the cowbell that it came with though--nice and full sounding.

It will take a few days for them to tag this item as eligible for purchase using that voucher.

Same thing happened to me with Platinum Bounce... and 2 days later it worked !

can anyone explain how the following replicates classic sample techniques?

The Kits in CONANT GARDENS are something really special, mixing one-shot drums and long sampled phrases set to ADSR mode. This recalls classic sample techniques, saves you hours of crate digging, and also provides an intuitive way to play the phrases. Create new harmonic progressions by feeling and reinterpreting the samples, and combine and layer samples to create your own tracks. Take a close look at the patterns provided for inspiration!

Additional Melodic Kits provide the melodic phrases from Amp Fiddler’s riffs and cascades in raw form.
    ---
    lemme rephrase.

I am most thrilled and pleased that ni has delivered this expansion pack, I am a huge dilla /slum village fan and Detroit sound has inspired and influenced the type of music i wish to do.

it is likely this will be my new favourite expansion but ni have been solid with all their expansions, i would like to see a continuation of this type of theme.

perhaps they could do a dre or west cost equivalent inspired by dre, battlecat, focus, khalil and people of that ilk.

or as previously mentioned another club type expansion inspired by Neptunes timbaland, toomp and peeps of that calibre.

    nope :|

adsr doesnt sound classic to me at all , and like i said , i hate the crate digging save-thing ... pinpoints the dilemma of producing theses days .... generic building block elements randomly combined ... no soul ,nothing singular ...

u r sure right , im even not in the position to judge that as i didnt really listen to them;)

it jus didnt like the way the sentence "saves you hours of crate digging " sounded ... like it was a waste of time to really get in touch with the music u use ...

i might be living in the wrong century .... dont get me wrong, i dont judge anybody using sample packs , drum kits or pre-made loops ... everybody its own way and in the end its about the outcome and not the style rules in the making ....

jus for me the whole process of days of listening sessions with obscure soundtracks or jazz albums ...
sampling drums or to rearranging dusty breaks .....

its not the same without that !

plus im not doing year 2000 club bangers , lil dust on my stuff gives it the rite amount of dirt to come over raw !
    (at least i hope so :S )

The ADSR setting simply emulates the behavior of the MPC's "Note Off" Mode. Most of the phrase oriented samples in Maschine expansions are normally set to One Shot Mode.

Here is my overview video [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzEHkW4ikzs"]Maschine Expansion Conant Gardens overview by Flux - YouTube[/ame]

I can explain the ADSR classic talk easily. go back and listen to dilla beats . listen to the snares. often time he would ADSR them so some hits had a cut off sound to em while other hits in the pattern would elongate. it's a technique used by many producers not just hip hop but dilla did that ish alot so does madlib and doom.

oops didn't see Altruwest commented on that  lol
