Conecting hercules mk2 console,to amplifier,with traktor TRAKTOR PRO 2 2.0.1 URGENT!

Hello ppl

i´m having problems configuring my traktor, sorry if i post this in the wrong section, but i´m desesperate, how do i configure tracktor pro 2, to connect mk2 console, to an amplifier, and listen previous music on phones?
because i connect, but when i try to use the phones to hear the previous sounds, the sound plays on the speakers and phones ate same time,...i don´t understand and i need urgent help, because i got to work, any scematics any solution,? i tryed the hercules page but i can´t found a decent awnser, the PDF they have it´s to conect also 3/4 and i don´t have that on the amplifier, with virtual dj i conect great, but the sound it´s not so god has tracktor.

my opinion,if I understand right-go to prefernces-output routing-click internal mode and one output of console set to master and other to output monitor

but i only have 1/2, not 3/4 because the amplifier only have entrace to 1/2, in virtual dj i can play music, and hear in the phones the previous music.

with the way that you are shouyng me every sound is canalized to the speakers, even the one of the phones, and i can´t make a previous selection of the music, without hear it on the speakers......

i only want to configure, like i do on virtual dj, plug in 1/2 output (on mk2), and in the input of the amplifier with only one rca cable, the i configure VJ, witch is more easyer, and done

i don´t know why i can´t hear the previous music, and i don´t know why Traktor asumes the music´s playing in both decks, play in speakers and phones at the same time.

they both get the same result, now i have a big problem, because they say the software isn´t from them and can´t help me anymore, and native solutions, says to go to user manual, wich have the same thing, and the results are the same.

nothing saying with only one RCA cable conected to 1/2, and an amplifier.

why does this work on VJ and not with Traktor wich have better sound?

i lose money buying this product, and i can´t get any help or use it properly

Dude.. the MK2 is very simple follow this steps: connect your MK2 to a mixer or whatever in channel OUTPUT 1/2 via RCA cables.

After that, plug the MK2 to the computer and open traktor 2. In traktor 2 config, follow the screenshot I posted above. I asume you already loaded the Midi mappings for the MK2 right?, if not, download the mappings for Traktor on Hercules Support Page

Then, load a track in deck A and another in Deck B. On the MK2, look in the front section (bottom-front section) for the Headphone Section knob. Turn the Knob to Deck B, and then to Deck A. This will select the monitor icon for Deck A like this screenshot is showing (read the comments in the screenshot):

Following the example on the screenshot, you should hear Deck A in your headphones and Deck B on your speaker system.

 

but my question is, like in virtual dj (the program that came with my console), i only use one RCA cable wich i plug in on output 1/2, and then the amplifier, and configuring, selecting Headphones, and the mk2 console has the board, it plays perfect, but the sound it´s not perfect.

all i want is to configure like this way to traktor 2, with only one RCA cable, plug´d in on 1/2 output, and then conected to the amplifier, but the result is that the sound that comes out, comes out in both places, speakers and headphones at the same time, and i can´t hear the previous music.....

you guys say to contact hercules, and hercules says to contact you guys, and i´m stuck and i can´t get any help to this.

the solutions that you give to me, both end in the same result, i don´t know how to configure it, to use just one entrance, like 1/2 output, because my amplifier doesn´t have another entrace to 3/4 output´s..

i need to work i have a session to make, and the only program that gives me the best sound is traktor, not virtual dj, i use BOSE 5.1 speakers, and i´m shore it´s not from the console, it´s from the program that we use to make the mixes.

and i need help from someone please

regarding the MIDI mapings i have in the hercules page two to the pro version

- Traktor_1.2 - TP_DJ_Mk2(PC)_v1.2.tsi
- Traktor_1.12 - TP_DJ_Mk2_v1.tsi

i think is the second one that i have to import wright

when i´m done and try again ill keep you posted, the only thing that i think is wrong, is in the configuration that you give to me, it says on monitoring 3/4, but i don´t have 3/4, and i know you understand that earlyer.

but i´m going to try be back with some feed.

no.. import Traktor_1.2 - TP_DJ_Mk2(PC)_v1.2.tsi is the newest available for traktor .. no official mapping for TP2 yet, but it will work.
