Conecting Mdk2 Console To Amplifier with traktor 1.2.4 URGENT HELP

hello ppl

sorry if i post this in the wrong section, but i´m desesperate, how do i configure tracktor pro 1.2.4, to connect mk2 console, to an amplifier, and listen previous music on phones?
because i connect, but when i try to use the phones to hear the previous sounds, the sound plays on the speakers and phones ate same time,...i don´t understand and i need urgent help, because i got to work, any scematics any solution,? i tryed the hercules page but i can´t found a decent awnser, the PDF they have it´s to conect also 3/4 and i don´t have that on the amplifier, with virtual dj i conect great, but the sound it´s not so god has tracktor.

Most of us won't offer support on outdated software such as 1.2.4 as we haven't used it in ages. Update to the latest version.

Then follow the setup instructions in the user manual.

Then try us again.

 

If I remember correctly, there was a popular release of 1.2.4 on various sites offering software acquisition via an online peer based solution......

Its all in the user manual. Like it has been said. You should upgrade to teh latest version and follow the user manual included with your product.

 

ok but in the traktor manual, it only makes reference, to conect to the pc, or an external dj set, with exits 1/2 , 3/4, nothing metion, only one output 1/2 for example, to conect to the amplifier, and the output config for this, because i have no monitoring, only master....monitoring will have to be 3/4, and in the amplifier i don´t have that plug.so my answer is how do you make your console work with 1/2 only, conected to the amplifier,and hear the previous music on the phones at the same time..because with me the sound of the phones and speakers, exits from the same place..is that configuration that i need.

they both get the same result, now i have a big problem, because they say the software isn´t from them and can´t help me anymore, and native solutions, says to go to user manual, wich have the same thing, and the results are the same.

nothing saying with only one RCA cable conected to 1/2, and an amplifier.

why does this work on VJ and not with Traktor wich have better sound?

i lose money buying this product, and i can´t get any help or use it properly

Why are you posting the exact same problem in 2 subsections of the forum. The only difference in your descriptions is the version of the software.

If you don't give us the truth and/or all the correct details we can't help you.

So which is it v1.2.4 or 2.0.1?

 

i had 1.2.4, now i have 2.0.1 because someone sayd to update to this version, and because there are no more suport for older versions, that´s wath they told me here, so i couldn´t EDIT the title to 2.0.1, and i made a new thread, but feel free to close this one

but my question is, like in virtual dj (the program that came with my console), i only use one RCA cable wich i plug in on output 1/2, and then the amplifier, and configuring, selecting Headphones, and the mk2 console has the board, it plays perfect, but the sound it´s not perfect.

all i want is to configure like this way to traktor 2, with only one RCA cable, plug´d in on 1/2 output, and then conected to the amplifier, but the result is that the sound that comes out, comes out in both places, speakers and headphones at the same time, and i can´t hear the previous music.....

you guys say to contact hercules, and hercules says to contact you guys, and i´m stuck and i can´t get any help to this.

the solutions that you give to me, both end in the same result, i don´t know how to configure it, to use just one entrance, like 1/2 output, because my amplifier doesn´t have another entrace to 3/4 output´s..

i need to work i have a session to make, and the only program that gives me the best sound is traktor, not virtual dj, i use BOSE 5.1 speakers, and i´m shore it´s not from the console, it´s from the program that we use to make the mixes.

and i need help from someone please

Can you post screen shots of your audio settings and output routing settings. Lets see if we can get to the bottom of this.

BTW Posting the same problem in 2 different sub sections is called Cross Posting and is a breach of forum rules. You are now getting 2 different sets of advice on the same problem. Since this is a technical issue we should rightly carry on this one and bring the other to a close. Now if only there was a mod around.

Have imported the tsi file to Traktor? After you do so you have to map it manually, just need to follow the pdf file that we gave you.
