confused about Garritan marketing

I bought garritan orchestral strings in juli 2003. The main reason for my purchase was that it said in the advertisment banner`s that Garritan "soon" would be available for kontakt. This was the only major string library that claimed this feature at the time.
Now, some 7 months after my purchase and probably 9 months after
the claim for "a kontakt version coming soon" and "gos lite giga/akai users can uppgrade to the gos kontakt full version at regurlar price" nothing seems to have happened.All the talk is about gpo, and the promises for garritan orchestral strings in kontakt format is to be seen nowhere. The flash text saying "kontakt version coming soon" somehow suddenly dissapeared.

How long is "soon" in the world of sampling? Judging by the rapid evolution, it is a very short amount of time.
Judging by the promises for a kontakt format for garritan orchestral strings....................... well you get my drift.

I have deep respect for Garritan`s work, but I can`t help feeling a bit fooled by the advertisment in this case.
