Control Centre wont let me login to register software

    Hi,

    As above, i'm trying to log in to register my version of Traktor Scratch Pro. I can log into the service centre, but I cant find a link for product registration, this I find with a quick search but it then ask me to log in again and wont accept my username/password and there's no link to register. I've been through the process once already registering my Audio 4 with success.

    Can you let me know how to get in please? Username: Michael Levy

    This is gonna sound stupid but....
    ...the login prompt for the NI password is a lot like the prompt that pops up from a mac asking you to login to install new software.
    Long and short, I was putting in the wrong details.
